A stately tree with a wide, spreading habit. Long-lived and sturdy. Excellent for large areas and is an ideal shade tree. Displays striking fall colors from golden yellows to deep reds. A host plant for many beneficial species of butterflies and moths. Prefers medium, well-drained soil in full sun.
