A gorgeous perennial with tall, erect stalks covered with an array of small, fluffy, magenta flowers. Has a strong architectural presence and remains desirable after going to seed. Highly attractive to butterflies, pollinators and hummingbirds. The flowers are absolutely teaming activity during the summer bloom. The dense blazing star is a clump-forming species that prefers moist to average, well-drained soil.
