A large deciduous shrub or small tree that performs in both full sun to full shade. Pale yellow flowers are sweetly scented and, uniquely, fall-blooming. Often considered the last blooming species of the year as they can persist into December. Tolerant of salt and clay soils. Prefers medium to moist soil in partial sun.
