Product Details
Has a beautiful form, often becoming a single-stemmed tree, with expansive, spreading branches and a wide crown. The trunk and branches of a mature tree are adorned with thorns. Because of the thorns the hawthorn is selected as nesting habitat by some bird species. The fleshy, berry-like fruit is attractive to birds. The surface of the fruit is decorated with white dots, hence the name "dotted" hawthorn. Adaptable and tough.
