A wonderful low-growing option for a sunny garden. Forms a mat as it spreads via runners making it perfect for garden edges or gaps between rocks. Prefers full sun with well-drained, medium sandy soil. Will tolerate light shade and poor soil. Attractive to pollinators when blooming in early summer with trumpet-shaped, purple to light lavender flowers. Foliage has a minty fragrance when crushed.
