The fringed poppy mallow is unique among mallows because it tends to grow upwards instead of sprawling at ground level. Striking, pinkish flowers are displayed upon the myriad of slender stalks. A good choice for dry soil in full sun.
This species native to the North American Midwest and is considered a near native in Ontario.
