Vibrant orange flowers bloom all summer long making this the most attractive member of the milkweed family (opinion of course). Drought tolerant once established and highly adaptable to a variety of soil conditions. A host species for the monarch caterpillar and is essential to the survival of the monarch butterfly in Ontario.
