This is a hybrid of red and silver maple trees. This hybridization occurs naturally as they found in similar habitats. Provides the best of both worlds with the silver maple's fast growth habit and the red maple's sturdy branch structure. Brilliant red and orange fall colors. Excellent as a street or shade tree. Also, a great choice for riparian and seasonally wet areas.
