A wonderful, large shade tree. The epitome of a "Canadian" tree as it’s leaf is proudly sported on our flag with it's characteristic five-lobed shape. Vibrant fall color as leaves turn red, orange and sometimes yellow. The sugar maple is long-lived and can survive in a variety of growing conditions. Large-caliper trees can be used for maple syrup production. Sturdy, reliable and versatile.
