Product Details

Absolutely gorgeous clean, white blooms decorate this short, mounding shrub in the summer season. The seedheads are also quite attractive and turn a vibrant reddish-brown in the fall. Develops a deep taproot and is drought tolerant once established. Successful in dry, rocky soil.

Deer and rabbits are known to browse this species. Protecting young plants might be something to consider.

Bloom Period : June to August Light : Full sun to part shade

Water : Dry to medium Soil : Sand, loam, clay

Zone : 3-9 Native Ontario Habitat : Open woods, meadows
