Does well in moist fields and meadows. Can be found along streams, ditches and marsh edges. Excellent bloom and duration. Attracts pollinators. Deer resistant.

Leaves : Oblong medium green leaves, pale coloration underneath

Stem : Young branches are green becoming smooth, brown and woody with age

Flower : Numerous pink tinged white flowers in pyramid-shaped clusters from June to September

Fruit : Brownish, spent flowers persist into winter

Habit : Deciduous multi-stemmed erect shrub. Fast growing and suckering
